Motorcycle Repair: HONDA CB350 TWIN, honda cb350, cams and followers

Question
WHERE CAN I GET MY HANDS ON A REPAIR MANUAL AND PARTS SOURCE TO KEEP THIS CLASSIC ON THE ROAD?  THE JOB I AM CONSIDERING IS REPLACEMENT OF THE CAM & ROCKER ARM ASSEMBLY.  AS NEAR AS I CAN TELL IT IS A CB350K2 MODEL WITH A MANUFACTURE DATE OF JULY 1971.  I FIND THAT LOCAL M/C SHOPS ARE NOT AN AFFORDABLE OPTION SINCE THEY, APPROPRIATELY, LABOR FOR PROFIT WHILE I APPROACH THIS AS A LABOR OF LOVE.

Answer
Don, go to Ebay auctions, www.motorcyclememories.com and the www.vjmc.org and www.motorcycleshopper.com websites for free wanted ads.

New factory manuals can be gotten at www.helminc.com

There were some changes in the cams and followers during the production run, so be sure to get a parts list or microfiche so you order the correct parts.

A supportive Honda dealer is www.westernhillshonda.com
