Answer
Hi Jim,

There's a direct short somewhere, just have to locate the source. It could be a power wire with chaffed insulation and grounding (shorting) to the chasis, some kind of conductor material contacting electrical components (as if a piece of something that's conductive broke from another part)(seen this before), semi-conductor that's internally shorted, defective lighting accessories that are internally shorted, or ?????

If someone hasn't already done so, start removing accessories one by one in attempt to locate and isolate the source of the problem. Also remove and inspect OEM electrical components such as the fuse boxe. Inspect all wiring and connectors for defects. It's much work, but how it may need to be done.
