Motorcycle Repair: clutch replacement on 97 1400 intruder, clutch replacement, drag pipes

please provide any info on replacing the clutch assy.mine has 14,000 miles and is starting to slip mainly at high speed in 5th gear.I have a shop manual but it doesn't give any removal/replacement info.I love to do my own maintenence but like to be cautious.I have rejetted and added drag pipes along with suspension upgrades.This bike is kept meticulous and looks brand new.please advise.
