Motorcycle Repair: kz400, inner horn, clutch adjustment

I have a kz 400 1977. I have a horn that works when I jiggel it? How do I fix this. And  my clutch grinds when I go to shift it How do I adjust it? the adjuster on the handel is all the way out already?

Hi Harold,

Clean the contacts or terminals on the horn button and at the horn. This should improve sound performance. If not, replace horn. Rust, corossion, and insects get into inner horn workings and cause problems.
