engine will only crank over a couple times befor stoping wait a min same thing eletrical not cause  I was wondering how does one act when crankecase is filled with fulid    can they become hydrolicly locked ? what is the way to remove the fulid if so ?

 I'm not sure I quite understand you.  Best guess, there is some type of serious internal problem here.  Any "fluid" would fairly quickly be expelled though the ports.  Try to roll it in 2nd downhill and pop the clutch.  If the engine turns you may just have a kickstart gear problem.
