Toyota Repair: 1990 Toyota Camry DX, 1990 toyota camry, grease gun

Question
Recently I've experienced a severe pull to the right and a shimy in the front at very slow to moderate speeds. Can you point me in some direction to evaluate this problem.  I'll be working on the car this weekend.

The first thing to do is jack up right side and grab tire and move
it top and bottom, then left and right for play or slop. Now rotate
wheel by hand with car in neutral. Sounds like the tie rod or ball joint is starting to freeze up do to lack of grease. How many miles?
If so you can buy a small needle fitting for a grease gun and shoot
grease through the rubber boot on these joints.
