Motorcycle Repair: Battery, Rectifier or Dinamo?, vstar, home thanks

Hi Mark: VStar 2001 1100. last week remplaced the battery, start the bike, and disconect the battery´s red wire and the engine stop, what can i do or see to determinate what is bad? test  or somethig that i can do in home.

Hi Hector,

Motorcycles require the battery to be connected to run. If you send me an email address as requested, I'll return test information files. Testing is pretty simple.

You'll need a multi-meter and a fully charged battery in good condition.
