Motorcycle Repair: losing idle when engine warms up, emaill, battery voltage

Question
I have a 1984 Kawasaki KZ700.  It's been sitting outside all winter in NYC.  It also got knocked over last week.  Now when I start it, it fires right up and runs great -- for about ten minutes.  Then it starts runnning really chunky and dies unless I give it gas.  Any ideas?  Thanks in advance.

Answer
Hi Scott,

Can you give me a better description of how you start the engine? Explain use of choke, how long choke is used before rough running, how old is gas, any recent repairs, any modifications, how old is the battery, what is battery voltage, was gas stabilizer used and proper amount of stabilizer added to gas, was the engine running normally before storage, and anything else you can think of.

Include your emaill adress as requested. I'll return repair info files by email.
