Motorcycle Repair: Fuel injection and exhaust., air fuel ratio, fuel injection system

Question
I have a 2003 softail with fuel injection with scream'n eagle pipes. I've removed the baffles and wonder if this will create a problem with the fuel injection system?

yes it will create a problem Richard. you have changed the air curve from the fuel curve, you will need to install a power commander 3r and have the bike correctly maped on a load controller dyno with a air fuel ratio monitor,The exhaust killed enought horse power and torque and now you made it even worse.  Johnny
