Motorcycle Repair: honda cr 250 wont start, honda cr 250, cylinder compression

I just had expert motor work done to my 03 cr 250, and i just put it all back together, and now it wont start! I do have spark any ideas? im planning on racing motorcross tomorrow hopefully!

Can you give me some history on the MC? I need very detailed information on repairs, problems, work performed, modifications, what the expert did, what exactly you did, cylinder compression, etc.. etc...

Give me something to work from.
