Motorcycle Repair: Deuce wont start, speed jet, fuel supply

Question
I don't know what in the hell is going on with my bike. It is a 2004 Deuce(carb model, stage 1 kit, screamin eagle 2 into 1 tunable exhaust) with 20 miles and now the thing won't start. It was running fine
and then two nights ago I couldn't get it to start. I finally pulled the
choke all the way out and it would start. Even after I let it run a
while it would stop as soon as I pushed the choke back in. I ended
up pulling out of the garage with the enricher pulled out all the way
and headed down the road. I rode maybe 1/8 of a mile and pushed it
back in, it immediately started hurky jerking and stopped. I got it
restarted and then took off and boom it quit again. I turned around
in a parking lot and was heading back home and it quit again and
again and again. You get the picture.
Now when I try to start it the thing is very sluggish. IF it does
start it ends up chug chugging a few times and then quits. When it
quits it makes a loud clank sound and black smoke comes out of the
exhaust and also from around the air cleaner.
The thing acts like it isn't getting any gas. Although it has gas in the tank.  I've tried starting it on reserve and the main fuel supply and both yield the same results.  Someone suggested that I probably flooded out the plugs by now and should replace them.
I'm new to all of this motorcycle stuff but I am reasonably knowlegable about cars.  If you give it to me in laymen's terms I should be able understand.
Thanks alot.

Answer
WHEN YOU PULL THE ENRICHNER OUT THE BIKE RUNS SO THE BIKE IS RUNNING TOO LEAN, REPLACE LOW SPEED JET WITH A 48 AND INSTALL NEW PLUGS, DO NOT RUN BIKE FOR MORE THE A 1/2 MINIT WITH THE ENRICHNER ON, YOUR MAIN JET MIGHT OF FALLEN OUT, THE BLACK SMOKE OUT THE EXHAUST IS A RICH CONDITION, CHECK YOUR JETS, LOW SPEED JET COULD BE PLUGED AND MAIN JET COULD BE TOO BIG, A 165 MAIN JET SHOULD DO THE TRICK  JOHNNY
