Motorcycle Repair: honda z50, engine case, maintainence

hi, I own a 1974 honda z50 and am rebuilding the engine. i use some instructions to rebuild that i got online. my problem is that when putting back together the flywheel needs to be lined up with somthig on engine case but online instructiond dosn't say what. if you are familiar with this engine let me know.(i need this bike)

Hi Juan.
 That bike is not one that I am familiar with, however, I will give you the same advice that I was given and follow; get the repair manual for the bike.  It will have more details about that bike than you ever wanted to know, including very detailed instructions and specs for doing every aspect of repair and maintainence on the bike.  Far more than you can find on the web.
