Motorcycle Repair: t120r triumph engine, spade lugs, wire alternator

Old Chopper has been wired badly.  Has boyer tm3 electronic ignition installed.  There are two wires with spade lugs coming out of top right of engine.  They are just hanging there.  Are they the alternator output?  I am totally unfamiliar with this machine.  I have no reference manuals.  I downloaded a couple of wiring diagrams but none have an electonic ignition.

Difficult to say Ken, they could be the 2 wires which come from the ignition pickup, but a T120R would as you say have a 2 wire alternator.
red wire: positive coil
black wire: negative coil
yellow/white: coil
black/white: to pickup
black/yellow: to pickip
