Motorcycle Repair: improve performance, dynojet jet kit, exhaust pipes

Question
 I own a 2003 FatBoy. I want install a set of Vance & Hines Big Shot Staggered exhaust pipes W/a K&N high flow air filter. I was told I have to install a Dynojet jet kit. My question is should I have a stage I jet kit installed or a stage II, keeping mind that I plan on making other improvements in the future.

Hi cheech.
first plan of improvements is to get rid of the Vance and Hines big shot staggered pipes. They are only good to get rid of horse power and torque, The dynojot kit wont help much. the stage 1 or 2 are no better then each other, Install a Mikuni  HRS 42mm card and a set of White brothers E-Series exhaust system and change out the primary gearing to the 21 tooth primary gearing and you will have a hole new different bike. Stay faw away from who ever sold you the exhaust system, thay don't have a clue about Hi-Performance.
