Motorcycle Repair: spark problems, kawasaki vulcan, plug caps

Question
93 Kawasaki vulcan 88. Only 1 cylinder is firing properly. Plugs are sparking on second cylinder but only if I remove plug wire and gently touch the plug, then cylinder fires well. When I push plug all the way in cylinder will not fire. This happens on both sides. Any help would be greatly appreciated .
Thanks

Answer
Hi Vincent,

From the description given, I suspect a loose connector in the circuit. Other possiblities are: defective secondary wires or plug caps, defective/weak ignition coil, fouled plugs, or defective pick-up coil.

I think it's a simple fix. Finding it is a task.
