Motorcycle Repair: overflowing carburetor, yamaha 250cc, overflow pipe

sir good day.
i have a yamaha 250cc, 2 stroke, 2carbs motorcycle, my problem is one of the carburetor is overflowing,gas coming out of the overflow pipe.
just parked it after use with no problems on the carbs.after 8 hrs when i started the motor again one of the carbs was overflowing.
is it safe/ok to use the motorcycle with that problem because i want to bring my motorcyle in my house, the motorcycle is still parked on my work place.
please help me with this problem.
any suggestions will be highly appreciated.

Sorry for the delay in responding to your question. I seem to be having problems with my ISP.

The overflowing is commonly caused by worn float needle valves or by something caught between the needle valve and the needle valve's seat. Carburetor disassembly and inspection is required, followed by a thorough cleaning of the carbs.
