Motorcycle Repair: No front brake, dyna lowrider, braided line

Question
After installing a new braided front brake line on my 2001 Dyna Lowrider, the front brake will not pressure up.  I have bled the line and I get fluid from the bleeder valve but the lever will  not harden up.  I had no brake problems prior to the installation of the braided line.  The line was replaced while installing a new handle bar.  The bike has 10,000 mile on it.  I'm stumped. Any ideas?  Thank you kindly.

Answer
There are three reasons for brakes not pumping up. One is no fluid, second is air in the line and third is a leak. I suspect that you still have air in the line. The hole in the master cylinder is very small and takes a long time to get the all the air out, even though you are showing fluid coming out. Since you replaced the brake line you have alot of air to remove. Keep working on it and you shouldn't have any problem.
Good luck and happy riding
