HI I have a nissian Micra 00 when I put it into drive or reverse a beeping noise is staying in it can you help me

Can you tell me what part of the car you hear the noise? Below dash, behind dash, rear of the car?

Is your car equipped with reverse proximity alarms?

The pitch of the beeping noise - is it high, low, steady beep or broken?
