Nissan Repair: swap, nissan 4x4, good solution

Hi, I want to swap out z24i motor thats in a 86 720 4x4 to a KA24E motor out of a 1994 nissan 4x4 what problems do think i could have doing this i know it will bolt to the 5 speed trans , Thanks for your input

sorry for delay but i am try to find a good solution to your questions as i am from the UK these type of 4x4 we don't have so i am having to rely on my friends in the us to come up with a solution for me please bear with me as we are still working on it
