My wipers work sometimes and other times they don't. I also found out the lighter port doesn't work either. I originally thought that it was the wiper motor but that is working fine. Can you tell me if it is an electrical problem or how we can figure out what it is?

Hi Joneisha -

Is the switch for the wipers on the turn signal lever? If so, I would have that checked for a short or open circuit.

The lighter port probably is a different issue. Have the fuses checked. They are below dash driver's side.
