Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): lown mower dont move, snaper, wont move

hay my name is james i just bought a snaper off of a friend of mine about a year ago . it ran good till the end of fall .i was mowing the grass and my axel snaped so i bought a new one put it on now it wont move in any gear ? cant figure out y. and my cluch sticks in it wont come out . i dont know if i hooked some thing up wrong ore not . here is the serial #33137748 modal#280845 hope you can help  thanks james

From your Description, it Sounds like the Linkage May be Improperly Connected. Go to this Addy, http://snapper.com/# and Select the Publications Section at the Upper Right. The Select you Model from the Drop Down Selection. Then Select the Manual you Wish to View. The Breakdown/IPL is the 2nd Manual Listed. I Think the Model Number of Your Mower is 28084S.
