Nissan Repair: nissan serena 2.3 deisel, blown head gasket, head gasket problem


Question
i have a running problem with my car, when normal driving the car seems fine but when you go to power up it hesitates and a white puff of smoke comes out of the exhaust  then it runs fine until again you go to power up, its a bit annoying as you go to pull away at the roundabout and it happen s anyideas mate  Paul

White smoke  indicates coolant in the combustion chambers. Probably a head gasket problem. Somehow the water/coolant finds it's way into a cylinder, either by a blown head gasket or a hairline crack in the head. I recommend a pressure test to find out if there is an internal coolant leak.
