where is the heater blower resistor located on ny Nissan Vanette?
and how is it accessed?

The resistor is located in the blower motor housing or near it.  You will need to access the blower motor. If the blower motor runs only in one speed, then the resistor needs to be replaced but you will need to find out why it was blown. This way you will avoid replacing it every couple of weeks, if the problem is actually a bad blower motor. (dragging and or noisy due to bad bearings, shorting out etc)
