Nissan Repair: 1996 sentra GXE, fuse box, dash lights

No voltage to DLC port. Could this be a fuse? have had no problems with this before, but my brake and battery dash lights are on after my friend replaced fuses for the tail lights.My radio also will go back to AM stations when the car is started back up. All of these issues started after he replaced some of the fuses.

Please have your friend re-check whatever was touched during the replacement.

The radio goes to AM because there is a wire that supposed to connect to power from the radio. This is to keep the memory in the radio so when the power is interrupted and restored, you won't lose the programming of the stations. Find that wire and reconnect it. Yes, it could be a fuse that was blown. Check the normal fuse box under dash, and also the large circuit fuses in the engine compartment on the fenderwell. Should be in a large black box.
