Nissan Repair: nissan d-21 wiper arm removal, hi chris, vertical position

how do you remove wiper arm, to remove cowl grill assy.

Hi Chris -

There are 2 types. If you have a bolt at the base of the arm, simply remove that and the arm should come off. I think that is a 14mm bolt.

If there is no bolt, then lift the wiper until it locks in the vertical position, and then proceed to rock the base back and forth until it comes off.
