Nissan Repair: Car turn signals and more, 2005 nissan altima, stereo wiring diagram

Hi, I have a '05 Nissan altima. Last year my wife let a friend try to hook up  
head rest tv's. He messed with wires under the dash, maybe fuse area, I
wasn't there. Now the turn signal dash lights don't work, the trip A and B
alternate when Thier in use. Brights dash light doesn't come on, instead,
the trips goes from 0.0 to 000.0 when their on. And the diagnostic plug
spot doesn't work. Any idea what he did so I can reverse it? All fuses are
good. Thanks for your help.

Nissan uses a floating ground.  The best advise I can give is to disconnect the wires that were connected and seal up the wires.  Then, using the proper wiring diagram reconnect them.  This gives you the stereo wiring diagram.  A Haynes manual will provide you the rest.
