Nissan Repair: 2004 Maxima Tail Lights, 2004 nissan maxima, nissan maxima

I have a 2004 Nissan Maxima.  The rear tail lights are out along with the front park lamps and the license plate lights.  Are there fuses for these or are they combined with another circuit?  I have checked the fuses under the dash and under the hood and I can not find any fuses for the tail lights or the parking lights.  My brake lights, turn signal lights and hazard lights all work fine. Could the headlight switch cause this?

Hi Don -

The fuse for those should be located under the dash. If you have a circuit tester 12V probe type with light, that is a good way to check each fuse.

You are also correct in saying it could also be the headlight switch. Is it loose or faulty in any way?
