Nissan Repair: my car, nissan primera 2003, steering column

my Nissan Primera 2003 jerks each time I signal to the left
direction, and the reverse camera also comes on even when the
car is not on reverse gear.. I dont know what could be going
on

The directional signal is shorting and most probably in the steering column.  That is something that needs to be addressed by replacement of the turn signal indicator.  The reverse camera, if factory installed, or not, needs to have the wire looked at where it ties into the reverse light circuit.  If aftermarket the wire will be on the interrupt switch and if factory it will be in the harness.  You will probably have to wire around the factory connection and tie into the interrupt switch.
