where can i find knock sensor on my 1996 nissan maxima 3.0

Hi Omar -

usually the knock sensor is located on the intake manifold near and under the intake boot. Looks like a hex bolt head with a wire attached to it.

If you are replacing it, easiest way is to get the new one, see what it looks like, and find it on your engine. Thse come in all shapes and sizes, so that would be the best way.
