Nissan Repair: nissan maxima right side noise, nissan maxima, accurate diagnosis

When I drive, I hear whirring sound on passenger side when I am turning to the right.   When I am turning to the left, the noise goes away.What could it be?

Does this sound come out while you are turning the wheel, or after you have turned the wheel and you are in the process of the turn? Is it high pitched or low? Any vibrations on the steering wheel?

The more info you can share with me the better, The reason for the noise could be many things, and I want to give you an accurate diagnosis
