Nissan Repair: transmission problem, rear window defroster, nissan sunny 2005

Question
I have nissan sunny 2005 automatic transmission.
when i put on D for drive it accelaring and when the 2nd gear changing i feel big jurck and after 3rd & 4th no prblem how we can solve this problem
the other thing my central locking system is fail how i can find the cause of that and how i can repair that.
as well as my rear wind heater switch not working

The jerk between first and second gear is usually associated with a broken motor mount or transmission mount.  Also, change the fluid on the transmission.

The central locking is controlled by the body control module.  If there is a door switch that is not working properly or the fuse to the dome light is out will cause the system not to work.  If the master switch on the driver's door has been wet the switch could also have been shorted.

The rear window defroster is controlled by a timed relay.  I would check that first and most probably replace it.
