Nissan Repair: rear aircon not working, nissan quest, expansion valve

Hi, The air conditioner in the back of our Nissan Quest XL 2006 just stopped working. I checked all the fuses, but those are fine. The front works perfectly. When trying to control it from the front or putting it on "rear" in the front, there is no response. I do have an issue with the car locking itself at times...so I'm not sure if this is related. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks Andre

Does the blower work in the back or is it just the air?  If it is the blower then the switch, relay or blower is defective.  If it is the air itself you will need to replace the expansion valve.

The door locking problem is either a switch or the body control module.  Check this by unlocking the driver's door with the key.  If all is well then the body control module is the issue.  If not then the switch is defective.
