my vehicle does spend alot of fuel on avarage i suspect the carburetor..which is the best combination of jets tha can reduse fuel consumption while maintaining efficiency in performernce

If the vehicle runs fine and does not run rich would lead me to not mess with the carburetor.  However, you could get a K&N air filter to increase fuel economy.  Another way to increase fuel economy is to get a free flowing exhaust.  These are both cost effective ways to increase mileage.  Also, advance the timing until the engine pings under a light load and then back off the timing a degree or two, until the knock stops and that will increase mileage.  If the carburetor is running rich it is probably a matter of a rebuild along with a new power valve.
