How Many valve stem seal are used in a 2003 Nissan Altima S 2.5L?

Four valves per cylinder equals 16 valves for the engine and there is a seal for each valve.  I cannot imagine the valve seals leaking this soon.  It might just be that the oil drainback holes are clogging up and that could cause the issue.  Email me back and let me know the crux of the question.
