Question
pcv system full of engine oil why.  Have replaced both
pcv valves and cleaned system once. what needs to be
done to correct problem?

Answer
Jeff,

You could have a blow by issue with the rings leaking.  I would first try Mobil 1 5W30 and see if the problem goes away.  That is synthetic and if the oil return holes in the head are plugged it will clear them out after a thousand miles.  If this does not do the trick get a compression check done to see if the compression is down and the blow by pressure is forcing oil into the PCV system.  Remember that the PCV sweeps the crankcase with clean, filterd air and the PCV is what sucks it out and burns it off.  If there is too much blow by the PCV cannot keep up and the valve gets full of oil.  If the rings are going you could try Restore with the next oil change and see if the compression improves, as a stop gap measure, before you re-ring the pistons.  Let me know what you find.
