Nissan Repair: video player headphones, nissan dealership, video player

We have afactory installed video player and four sets of headphones.  On our last trip the headphones would not work.  The red lights are on and they all have brand new batteries.  Is there a rest button for these to work?

well, i cant help you that much because you didn't provide me with vehicle make, model, or year...my only advice to you would be check the owners manual or call up a Nissan dealership.  either way should point you in the right direction.  thanks for the question.
