My dashboard lights don't come on and nothing is working on the dashboard except warning lights. None of the odometers or heat and petrol gauges

Usually, the dimmer switch fails on the instrument cluster and that includes the lights for the radio illumination.  That is the dial that dims the instrument lights.  If you run it back and forth and nothing happens that is the usual issue.
