Nissan Repair: 1999 Nissan Altima, nissan altima, power locks

Question
A new switch was put in for the power windows and now the key will not unlock doors from the outside in a car that I am looking to buy from a friend. The car is a 1999 Nissan Altima with power locks and power windows.

If the key will not turn in the door you will need to look at a different cylinder.  If this is the case email me back.  If you are talking that the driver's door will not open the other doors from outside then I would be looking at the body control module.
