Nissan Repair: Sloshing noise after rain, 2007 nissan murano, nissan murano

Hi, I just purchased a 2007 Nissan Murano and my area has had alot of rain recently, and now I hear a sloshing noise when I'm driving-particularly when I put on brakes (sounds like water is coming to the front).  However, I see no water in the car. Do I need to do anything to fix this?  Will the problem get worse?

Yes, you should find out what is going on - water trapped in the car is not good, and can cause a lot of issues, from rust to mold.

The trick is to find out where the leak is. Can you hear it in the front or rear? If you purchased it from a dealer, is there any warranty for it? Check that because once you start taking things apart, sometime it voids warranty.

Usually water entering the car from rain comes from the cowl area (by the wipers). I am thinking it is in the A/C ductwork.

Take it to a competent repair shop and have them check that first.
