I cannot put my car in gear its locked

The shift interlock solenoid is sticking.  Either the brake pedal switch is broken or the solenoid is sticking.  Pull the plug on the shifter cover and insert a small flat blade screwdriver and press in to get it out of park.  To repair the problem you will need it diagnosed.  But, for now, the screwdriver should do the trick so you can drive it until it is repaired.
