Nissan Repair: 1989 nissan maxima, nissan maxima, turn signals

My headlights are working but my inside lights and my brake lights or my turn signal are not working. We just changed the battery and the alternator in the vehicle.Can you help with this problem.

If the inside lights, brake lights and turn signals did not work prior to battery and alternator replacement change the headlight switch.  If they worked prior to the battery and alternator change check all fuses and relays first prior to replacement of the headligth switch.
