Nissan Repair: knock sensor, mechanical interference, knock sensor

My check engine light came on i checked it and it says i have a bad knock sensor. Since this showed up i started hearing a winding noise in the engine, it started leaking oil and sounds like i got a something rolling around in the oil pan when i first start it but goes away after about one minute. Would the knock sensor cause this multitude of problems. Anything will help

The two should be unrelated.  I would first replace the knock sensor and clear the code to get the engine running properly.  Next, I would probably drop the pan to see what is loose in there.  I would not think you had that issue since if it was so there would be a mechanical interference tghat would end the life of your engine.  More probably you have a timing chain and a oil dampened tensioner that is pumping up when you start up the vehicle.
