Nissan Repair: Nissan NX fuse blowing, turn signal switch, nissan nx

Good morning, i have a problem with my nissan NX.  The fuse for the tail lights and dash illumination keeps blowing.  I have disconnected the dimmer switch, checked the bulbs and wiring in the boot and all look ok.  The fuse will only blow when i turn on the headlights.  Any idea what could be causing this?

Hi Michael -

I think it is the turn signal switch on the column. Try removing the connection for that (need to remove the plastic housing around the column) and reinstalling the fuse. If the fuse stays, then replace that switch.
