Nissan Repair: virating and friction sound, wheel bearing, cv joint

when i accelerate i feel and hear this friction sound onthe left side of car but it sounds like it is coming from the inner cv joint to the transmission.The more i accelerate the louder and stronger the noise i want to no what might be the problem?

I would check the brake pads, the brake shield and then look at the axle bearing for wear.  Jack up the car on that side and block the back wheels and then put it in neutral and hand spin the wheel analyzing where the noise is coming from.  If it is not brake noise then it is probably the wheel bearing.  Before removing the tire pull up and down and side to side on the wheel to see if it has excessive play.  If there is no play proceed to the brakes.
