i drive for about 15 minutes and if i try to stop at a red light it shuts off have to wait 5 minutes then try to restart again and it works.

Either the fuel pump, fuel pump relay or coil is overheating.  You can check the fuel pump/relay by checking the fuel pressure when it dies.  If the pressure is ok then you are looking at an ignition related event, like a coil or amplifier/ignitor.
