Nissan Repair: car want start, lockup torque converter, torque

battery, starter works fine.  it seems to me the car does not recognize it is is park. all things work execpt for the fact it will not start. any suggestions

If the car is in park and you crank it over does it stall when attempting to start?  Or, is there something else going on?  If the lockup torque converter is sticking that can cause the problem you describe.  Email me back with more information.
