Nissan Repair: transmission, month and a half, xterra

i have a 2002 xterra and the transmission is having a tough time shifting , i just got it from a dealership about a month and a half ago. so i would imagine that they would have changed the fluids. any ideas?

Either the shift computer or the governor is messing up.  If the transmission was serviced at the dealer then they need to make good on their work.  But, a problem shifting is related to one of the items I listed.  Email me back if you need more information.
