Nissan Repair: break drum conversion, nissan 200sx, brake bias

I have a 98 Nissan 200sx se GA16DE 2dr. and would like to convert my rear drum breaks to pads and roters. Problem is i have no idea where to start. Can you tell me a rout to follow. are there kits for this kind of thing?

The following is a link to doing the brake conversion.  Note that the front needs to be upgraded to maintain brake bias.  That is, the front to rear force being applied.  If you make the back brakes really strong they will lock up first.  Check out the link and if you need more email me back.
