Nissan Repair: Nissan Altima P0740, tcc solenoid, nissan altima

I've got trouble code P0740 on a 200 Nissan Altima.  I've also recently experienced problem with reverse in the car.  When the car has sit overnight (it's also been cold 15-20) the first time I put it in reverse in engages just fine, if I put it in reverse again it won't engage until the car warms up or turning the car off, waiting a minute and starting the car again takes care of the problem.

Are these related problems?  Could the reverse problem be caused by the TCC solenoid or do I have bigger problems?

The torque converter solenoid is is what the error code is showing. If it were me I would take it to a transmission shop like Cottman and have them change the solenoid and fluid and see if that corrects the problem.  You should be fine after that...  Email me back if you need more.
