Nissan Repair: 2000 nissan maxima drive belt, nissan maxima, pivot bolt

I am trying to replace the drive belt for my 2000 maxima. I have released the tension on the power steering pulley and loosened the bolt on the tensioner itself. However the pulley won't drop. Do you know what I am doing wrong or not doing?

The powersteering is a pain since you have to unscrew the lock and pivot bolt to get it to unadjust.  You have to get under the car and work from the center to the back of the powersteering pump.  A long extension helps.  I have a 2000 Maxima SE personally...  Love the car.
